For the Advanced Programme in Business Analysis (APBA), the instructor is Alex Noel, who has worked in customer service, sales and project management. As a business improvement architect for the past two decades, Alex adds positive, measurable value to companies by precisely identifying business needs and designing solutions to business problems. She is passionate about sharing her expertise with delegates on the APBA, and is a certified instructor in Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats.
