The Anew team, founder Marike Groenewald and associate Clinton du Preez, together have almost two decades’ experience in top-level leadership development. Marike is an expert facilitator and executive coach in the fields of leadership development, organisational culture, change management, and innovation. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law, and is a qualified Ontological Coach and facilitator of the Thinking Environment. Recently she has focused on practical principles for helping executives, teams and organisations to connect and collaborate online.
Clinton focuses on capacity building, teamwork and strengthening organisational structures. With a Design Thinking background through the DesignThinkers Academy in Amsterdam, Clinton emphasises empathy and innovation in his programmes. He also develops agile programmes for organisations working in volatile environments.
