Every year, fires result in hundreds of deaths and billions of rands in damage to buildings and assets. To prevent fires and manage outbreaks effectively, organisations must equip employees and health and safety teams with firefighting techniques and skills development.

The actions of a trained firefighter during the critical first minutes of a fire can determine whether it is contained or spirals into a catastrophic event. This Basic Firefighting Course provides essential training to prepare delegates for such situations. After completing the course, delegates receive a certificate valid for two years.

In addition to training, Absolute Health Services offers support in installing and servicing vital firefighting equipment, such as extinguishers and hose reels, to enhance fire prevention efforts.

This hands-on training takes place in person at Absolute Health Services’ state-of-the-art facilities in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). Alternatively, if your employer has eight or more participants, our instructors can come to your location to conduct the training on-site.
