The Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) is the leading certification for practicing and aspiring risk managers, as well as investment managers and other professionals. The FRM designation is consistently in demand by nearly every major financial services firm, and the biggest hirers of FRM charterholders include some of the world’s largest banks and the Big Four accounting firms.
To become an FRM charterholder, you need to pass the Part 1 and Part 2 examinations in the FRM Program. These examinations are deemed to be at a Master’s qualification level in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and South Africa (NQF level 9).
