Ashlea Evans, founder of The King’s Speech, is an international TV reporter, media trainer and communications expert. She has worked for numerous organisations including CNBC Africa, Al Jazeera News in Washington DC, Business Affair and ABC News. She has reported from The World Bank, The World Economic Forum, The African Mining Indaba and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Ashlea graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Communication from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. She holds a certificate in The Global Financial Crisis from Yale and a certificate in Corporate Communications from Cornell. She spent seven years living in the USA, where she worked on Capitol Hill before returning to broadcasting.
After years of interviewing world leaders and top business executives who struggled on camera, Ashlea founded The King’s Speech in 2012 to help people make the most of media opportunities, presentations and listings.
